Introduction of the Institute with the Mission Statement and Objective

 

History of the Institute.


Puri Private ITI Kohka Bhilai was established on 07.10.1994. By that time, it named as “Puri Technical Training Institute – Bhilai”. It got first Standing Committee visit on 16.09.1995 leading to permanent affiliation by National Council for Vocational Training [NCVT] for 2 units of Trade – FITTER. Later on during the forthcoming years, the institute got trades like Electrician, Mason & Copa permanently affiliated to NCVT, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India. During the year 2009, the institute was taken over by “The Institute of Engineers Society” keeping keen interest towards better fulfilment of Quality based Technicians for Industrial service”


“Puri Private ITI Kohka Bhilai” is an organisation of type – societies and trusts.


“Puri Private ITI Kohka Bhilai” has been established and donated by Late Rameshwar Puri. 


“Puri Private ITI Kohka Bhilai” falls into Category I. All the existing trades in the Institute are permanently affiliated to NCVT, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, as per DGET:6/12/7/96-TC.
